Why we needed to Accelerate HR
"We're building the Formula 1 racetrack in Abu Dhabi," our client told us. "We've got 18 months to complete the project, and thousands of people we'll need to hire, from all over the world. We need a personnel system that'll do everything, from hiring to payroll. Not just your normal HR system, but a set of tools that deals with OUR issues." Their issues meant coping with 500 new employees a month, entering 10s of thousands of overtime records, paying sub-contractors as well as contracted staff, reporting on exactly how many hours were used on each phase of the project.
